We look to the community and individuals to help preserve, protect and promote our history and heritage.

You can help us preserve our history and heritage by volunteering to work in the archives with photographs and manuscripts, many of which haven't been identified.

You can help us protect our history and heritage by volunteering to organize, package and file our precious records in modern "time friendly" materials as we update and upgrade our methods

You can help us promote our history and heritage by volunteering to learn our past and become a docent, host or hostess, tour guide and speaker to tell others about magic moments from our story.

History has a place for every talent and we welcome yours.  If you are senior,  you can do us worlds of good with the curious and eager young who seek to learn;  if you are young we need your enthusiasm to bring life to the old stories and to take time with the seniors to hear their stories.  If you like to work alone,  we can use you;  if you like to be with people, we can use you --- tell us what you like to do and we can assure you that you are necessary for helping us to carry out the mission of history for generations and generations not yet born.
